A 150kW wood fuel boiler heats 35,000 sq ft of combined business/warehouse units. All the timber is sourced from the Estate itself, seasoned and processed and then delivered by English Wood Fuels from the local depot.

Annual usage is approximately 60 tonnes of P16 or G30 woodchip at 30% moisture.
